Authenticated Enrollment SSL Error Certificate Verify failed

I tried to configure Authenticated Enrollment for Apple iOS and exprienced follwing Problem

When connecting to MDM i get the following error Message: Could not connect to “Trusted Services Provider”

On the Diag-Page https://server/diag opened on an apple iPad i see the following error under the section Trusted Services Provider

TSP Connection Test: #<OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError: certificate verify failed>

TSP Root CA: Locally fetched TSP CA does not match remote TSP CA: …/BigFx Enterprise/Management Extender/MDM Provider/private/trusted_certs/tsp_ca_SERVERNAME.pem

I just followed the steps described in “Setup and Configuration Wizard”

Any ideas why the certificates does not match?

after deleting the file in “BigFx Enterprise/Management Extender/MDM Provider/private/trusted_certs/…” a new one was created and the error message was gone.

But now i get “Authentication failed”… are there any logfiles to examine user authentication?

Hey

I had the same error as you did in the first post, i did the wizard again and all was working.

I did learn a bit about the logs when i was doing that part.

you can find the authentication log in the TSP log folder C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\Management Extender\MDM Provider\log and it is called tsp.log
