My server corrupted so i reinstall my whole TEM Application. When configure the MDM i facing this issue “APNS key does not match APNS certificate”.

This will happen if you your Apple APNS certificate does not match the private key you generated.
Here is how it works:
- When you first install the mgmt extender, it generates a key file and a certificate request.
- The install instructions https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/mydeveloperworks/wikis/home?lang=en#/wiki/Tivoli%20Endpoint%20Manager/page/Enrollment%20and%20Apple%20iOS%20Management%20Extender%20Installation give you info on how to take the certificate request and get IBM and Apple to sign it.
- After you receive your Apple certificate, you can upload it to the management extender and everything should work…
- However, if the original key you generated doesn’t match the certificate (such as if you reinstalled the mgmt extender – which should generate a new key/csr) and then tried to use your previously generated Apple certificate, the key/cert won’t match and you will get this error.
To fix this, you can either:
- Find the matching Apple key/cert and upload them in the Management Extender Configuration Wizard (there is an option to upload both files).
- Or, if the key is lost, you can follow the instructions to download and generate a new Apple APNS cert, this will fix the problem (although I believe any previously enrolled devices will need to re-enroll).
