We’ve implemented SAML Authentication and have come across an issue where the Apple Safari browser is unable to complete the process of loading the Web Reports page after authenticating.
Safari can't open the page "webreports server URL" because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.
It works fine with other Browsers (Chrome & Firefox), both in Mac OS X and under Windows, but the Safari browser isn’t loading the page.
Anyone have any suggestions?
