Any one having any documents/process step for installing ITM Agent on Win & RHEL platform from BigFix, please share some input/idea here.

as a clarification by ITM Agent, do you mean IBM Tivoli Monitoring Agent ?

In general if a product provides a stand alone installation package BigFix can deploy it. One helper you could use is the Software Distribution wizard to create the package, if you have Lifecycle.

any suggestion for the silent parameter to use it.

The other relevant source of information you should look at is the official IBM documentation. Here too it is just a google search ahead.
