Hello,

I wanted to check if there an easy way to do the following scenario before I start building a custom report for it. I built a custom analysis with a bunch of properties which is applicable to all windows servers. Now management would want to export the analysis for only a group of machines not for all, so the question is there any way to accomplish that other than building a custom report and specify the server group within the relevance code?

I also thought about changing the applicability of the analysis to only that group but it seems very impractical as you’d have to modify the analysis each time you have to target a different subset of machines.

Ageorgiev and I ended up spending a few minutes on the phone.

We opted for a few ways to do this using the paths of least resistance.

  • Using the BigFix Console, we select all the computers within a group, then right-click and use “View as Group”. At this point, we can see the analysis results only for the selected computers.
  • We also tried using the Excel Connector and retrieve the results into Excel.
