Analysis to look for last modified date of a file

I’m trying to create an analysis that looks for the date modified of a file.
I’m new to this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, just create an Analysis, and for the property use a relevance such as

Modification time of file "c:\temp\test.txt"
