Analysis to check Google Chrome settings

Wanted to know can we write a analysis to check what parameter settings have users set in his google chrome.

Below is the path of browser -

Chrome —Settings-----Privacy and security-----Site settings–Additional content settings-----PDF documents

Assume this is for Windows and you have checked other posts in this forum about reading user hives from the registry, what have you developed so far and what issues are you having?
