Is seems that there are two different orders of patching AIX systems using an NFS repository. I was just wondering which option others take?

Create an Alt Disk Clone, then patch the boot disk, and then restart. The Alt Disk Clone is for backup only.

Run the option in the Advanced Deployment Wizard to Deploy to a new or existing Alt clone disk? Then change the boot order afterward.
It seems like the first option would be easier.
