AIX External Site - Site Level Relevance

This is the Site Level Relevance for the “Patches for AIX” external site:

(if( name of operating system starts with “Win” ) then ((platform id of operating system != 3) AND (embedded nt bit (suite mask of operating system) = false)) else (name of operating system starts with “AIX” and not (name of operating system contains “VIOS”))) AND (if exists property “in proxy agent context” then (not in proxy agent context) else true) AND (if exists property “android” of type “operating system” then (not android of operating system) else true)

It is allowing Windows systems to subscribe to the site. I do not believe this is the desired behaviour. Anyone else seeing this?

I opened a ticket for this and it turns out it is by design:

There are a few fixlets in the AIX site that run on Windows machines, such as “54 OBSOLETE - BES Relay/Server: Unregister Download Plug-in for AIX” and “30 Run Download Cacher Tool - AIX.”

For fixlets specific to AIX servers, an additional AIX OS-level relevance check is validated to ensure they apply only to the relevant AIX servers.
