Hi!
After uploading AirgapResponse for ILMT-149 nothing happens.
Nothing is written in GatherDB.log.
I then upgrading BigFix Platform to 10.0.7, and the AirgapResponse was imported as it should, almost immediately after BESAdmin.sh -run.
So after that I tried the ILMT-149 again, but nothing happens.
I see that the default for GatherInterval is 3600 sec, but I have waited much longer than that.
I am using the same AirgapResponse for five different sites, but for two others it has been no problems.
And the successful BES Support AirgapRepsonse also had a different Serial Number.
Actually when importing ILMT-149 I get immediately can see that the Serial Number has changed, but no change of the fixlets.
I cannot find any problems in the logs, BESRelay or server_audit.
I have verified the checksum of the AirgapResponse, so it is not corrupted.
Any idea what my problem is?
