Agents go <not reported> after a fixlet is applied

Hello Team,

I have a newly deployed BigFix 10 with Windows Server and RHEL clients. The problem appears after applying fixlets in which the clients, become <not reported>. Basically, A client looks responsive, it applies the fixlet and patches the cliente machine, but lastly it goes<not reported>. This requieres a forced a manual client restart. The same occurs when I issue a Restart from the console, the client machine goes from Restart Needed to <not reported>.
It looks all the way like a problem in the server-client communication after reading through a few other similar cases.
Should I check all tcp/udp port:52311 for all the clients? Could it be the only reason?
