Is the ILMT agent to BES TLS1.2 compatible?

@Hodet in version 9.1 and above, there is a feature call “Enhance Security” that can be turned on.
Once on, the communications between the BigFix Agent and upstream components (Relays or the BigFix Server) needs to be TLS1.2.
