After upgrading console 11.0.5 and we are getting error while loading console

We have recently upgraded our Bigfix from 11.0.4 to 11.0.5 but only one user can login console at same time.

After a BigFix upgrade, services restart and clients, relays, and consoles re-establish their connections, which can temporarily impact server responsiveness.

I would recommend allowing some time for the environment to stabilize after the upgrade. During this period, the BigFix server may experience increased load due to reconnections, long-running SQL queries, or a high number of concurrent connections.

I encountered a similar situation a couple of months ago where, even after restarting services, users were unable to log in and consoles failed to load. After waiting for some time and beginning manual troubleshooting, my console eventually started loading while others were still seeing errors. In parallel, I opened an HCL support case and began uploading logs. As the server load reduced, console sessions started working normally for all users without any additional changes.

If the console loading issue persists beyond a reasonable stabilization period and services appear healthy, opening an HCL support case would be the appropriate next step for further investigation.

Its worth checking License Synchronization as well and agree with points shared by Khurava. Use BES admin tool to check for License Synchronization

Only the Console servers have 16 GB RAM facing this issue, we have tested on other servers have 32 and 48 GB RAM. There multiple users are able to login.

I don’t think the 16 GB RAM on the console machine is the primary cause in this case.

While additional memory can certainly improve overall console performance, another possibility could be that multiple users are already logged on to the same console machine, which may be exhausting available memory and causing subsequent users to encounter errors during login.

I'm afraid there's not much I could do to diagnose, as you've given no indication about what problems you are seeing. Error messages? Just slow performance? Failing to load at all?

Any suggestions based on he info you've given are pure speculation.

Thanks Vijay, It seems now our environment is stabilize . Multiple users are able to login console but performance is slow. We have asked to add more RAM and CPU to server.
