Affiliation_AdvertisementList & _Affiliation_SeekList matching

For _BESRelay_Register_Affiliation_AdvertisementList & _BESClient_Register_Affiliation_SeekList entries, do the names have to match exactly or will the seek pick up a partial match?

EXAMPLE

If I have a group of relays that advertise as ABC-123;ABC-456;ABC789 and clients with a SeekList of ABC will the auto selection pick up those advertised relays?

The seeklist and advertisement list have to match exactly.
