Tried the link you provided , and got the following response. If you can please also open a support case
Hello @ersaumitra10 , can you please retry again? Or can you try the following prefetch statement? I was able to validate that this is indeed working and this could have been a temporary problem with the Adobe CDN servers:
prefetch Acrobat2017Upd1701230262.msp sha1:cc6883f11a5a4bdb81519f784af2238158593a48 size:332247040 http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/Acrobat2017/1701230262/Acrobat2017Upd1701230262.msp sha256:4a96a7177a1cc7d5bd6e9e453361e0bf43182b24bc3be1be4e526ea6af2f7172
Thanks, Gus.
I have it opened already and received response its working fine from their end.
Gus, I'm not able to download it at that URL either.
The URLs on the Release page apparently now point at 'ardownload2' instead of 'ardownload'. Maybe they moved their end-of-life patches. I can download from the page's link
https://ardownload2.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/Acrobat2017/1701230262/Acrobat2017Upd1701230262.msp
HCL updated on case they are able to download.
Hi @ersaumitra10 I’m reviewing your case internally and it appears that this issue is environmental for you given the error message / screen shot you provided to the case. Here is some examples below where you can test / validate that you’re able to successfully download these packages:
C:\>curl -A "BigFix BESGather 11.0.5.203" -O http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/Acrobat2017/1701230262/Acrobat2017Upd1701230262.msp

Thanks, Gus
@gus just take the URL and test it in a browser. I'm still getting the same error through Wifi Connection and Cellular connection.
If you change the URL like @JasonWalker mentioned the download starts correctly
@orbiton It is working for me via browser, via curl, via BigFix. I’m still digging into this issue as it could be a regional CDN difference.
