Adobe Acrobat 9.5.4 Available - Adobe Acrobat 9.5.3

I just noticed that Adobe Acrobat 9.5.3 only applies to computers with 9.5.2, and 9.5.2 only to those with 9.5.1 etc. This seems to want to walk an out-dated computer through each point release instead of installing 9.5.4 directly. Is there a reason for this I am missing?

Adobe Acrobat 9.5.4 is an incremental update to the lower versions. When trying to apply the patch manually, it behaves the same and the environment must have the next lower version (9.5.3) of this product installed.
