ActiveDownloads folder under wwwrootbes taking huge space

Hi,
Is it safe removing data from below directory in the BigFix relay server?
ActiveDownloads folder is eating 31 GB space.

C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Relay\wwwrootbes\bfmirror\downloads\ActiveDownloads

Which is why when installing BES, you place that on another drive.

What is solution now? since BES relay already configured in C drive, how do I cleanup or move
the data from same directory?

Sorry… I missed the part about it being a Relay. There is a task you can use to move the data after the fact.

425 Configure BES Relay to Use Different Drive - Version >= 6.0

Sorry, I have only one drive © in my relay server, Can I remove the old data from there?

Kind of defeats the purpose of a Relay. But you can do whatever you want. Maybe add another drive.

You can but it will just return if those jobs deploy again. You’re better off letting BF manage them.

The default cache limit is only 1GB, so you must have changed it at some point. Better to just run the task below and set it back to whatever size that your hard drive can handle. The BF will clean it up over a few days.
