I’ve noticed that, since upgrading to 9.5, any action I submit using a time range stalls with “Waiting to run in specified time range.”. I have tried both Local Client time and UTC. Both stall with same message. I’ve checked the time on targeted systems, and the time is correct, and within the specified time range. There are no day restrictions in place during any of the tests.
Scheduling the same action to run only on specified days, with no time restriction, run normal and complete.
