Action Failed with all SubActions Completed

I’m fairly certain I’ve seen this topic discussed before, but I cannot find it using the search…

We frequently encounter clients reporting status “Failed” on an action only to find that each action in the Action Script Execution Detail is “Completed”. Why is this? Has the action truly failed?

This is “Normally” caused by the Relevance of the Fixlet still being “TRUE”

I would recommend downloading the Fixlet Debugger …Alpha2.zip from

Put in the QNA section the Relevance from the Fixlet sent and start breaking down what should have changed, after the installation of the Action.
