I am read about Bigfix product.
Installing
The network must be open Port 52311 at TCP and UDP
I krown port number 52311 for TCP is main of the system but I don’t understand
why must be open port 52311 for UDP ?
what it responsibility ?
what it send and receive data ?
someone question about these with me.

UDP 52311 is recommended but not mandatory. If you configure the Client to poll the server then you can omit UDP (which is used to signal the Client that there are new instructions for it to gather). The relevant KB articles are here:
