About BigFix and Patch Management

Hi everyone,

I have been asked to write a report about patch management and BigFix tool.
I wrote something general about patch management and mentioned BigFix with these headers:
-History of BigFix (BigFix inc, IBM, HCL)
-Windows update distribution with BigFix
-3rd party app patching with BigFix
-Deploying BigFix step by step briefly

If you have some time for look, could you give me some advices? Some headers to be include maybe?
And how can I reach any reference for this topic, or can I find any?
