A propagation error in BES Consloe

hi ,

I install a Production edition in VM, then I execute any fixlet all right , but after I import some custom fixlets and execute any actions a propagation error bellow come out,what dose it mean? how to resolve it ? thanks.

Hi g14_yeah,

I believe you are running into an issue in BES 7.0.1 that will occur if you are using a double-byte language as your database codepage. Please contact enterprisesupport@bigfix.com and they can assist you in addressing this error by running some database queries.
