We are researching an issue where deployments that are using 7.0.9.110 that use Custom Sites AND have changed their license allocation AND have operators that were made before the license allocation… If all these conditions are present, the Custom Site content can potentially fail with signature errors due to an improper signature verification.
This is a Custom Site only issue and so if you use Custom Sites and you think you might meet the conditions above, you might want to wait on the upgrade until we can get you some more information and potentially a patched version.
We are in this situation now. Support told us we need to wait for the next version. If you do come out with a patch, I would like to try it. We tried downgrading just the consoles, and that did not seem to help.
We have a fixed build currently, but we haven’t released it yet because we are including some fixes for some international version issues that also came up for Japanese agents ClientUI. We are running through a full QA cycle now and we are targeting towards the end of the month for this.
