I attempted to pre-cache KB4459676 from Patches for Windows site and receive this error.

“Error processing completed download: Requested sha1 d6758df5a3c0d73bc49028c975287129d887bc89 does not match actual sha1 b55957806345e4a4d9ba415ba5053f9d209beb31”

The corresponding fixlet has been updated and released in Patches for Windows version 3109. You’ll need to pre-cache again using the updated fixlet.
