"Writing Cache to Disk Failed" on BES Console 6

Hi, since upgrading to version 60.15 of Bigfix we’ve had a few issues, when ever we close down the BES Console, we get the following pop up - maybe 7/8 times out of ten.

Writing Cache to Disk Failed - Unable to write session cache to disk. This is most likely the result of a configuration error.

At the end it says:

(problem detected in Object #5 in site ActionSite)

I’ve checked with Diagnostics and all checks out fine. This morning, I upgraded server to 6.0.20 and all console installs to 6.0.20 but we still get the same issue.

Any suggestions?

Simon,

You might try deleting the BES Console cache and see if that helps to fix it.
