With Apple planning to move to an all 64bit platform ... BigFix?

Is the BigFix Client for Apple Macintosh going to be upgraded to a 64bit application?

The newest version of BigFix client for Mac is already 64bit.

You should upgrade all MacOS clients to the newest client version because Mojave will throw up a warning on every boot if you do not have 64bit BigFix installed, so ideally you want to get everything upgraded before Mojave is installed.

NOTE: upgrading the Mac agent does not require upgrading the BigFix relays or root server. You can and should upgrade the Mac agent to latest due to this issue, though ideally you would be on at least 9.2+ for Root & Relay.
