Does the second item, SPB Support – Import and deploy Tivoli SPB packages for Windows systems, reuired vr. 8.1 as well? I am not seeing it in my 8.0.627 envirnment.

technically no, but from a licensing perspective 8.1 is where the entitlement for that site is activated.

Ok, thanks.

I now have the site enabled. Is there any manual for this site? I am trying to learn the process of installing, editing, and removing spb’s that we use, withing BES. Documentation would be very helpful, but I am unable to find any so far.

Hi,

SWD concepts are covered here: http://support.bigfix.com/product/documents/SWD_Users_Guide.pdf

There is also a SPB specific KB article here: http://support.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/kbdirect.pl?id=1804

Please note that we have not produced detailed guidance on what SPBs are and how they’re used at this time, based on the assumption that this documentation should exist in the TCM or TPMfSW products that generated the SPBs in the first place.

Yeah, I saw these in the original post, however they don’t offer much information on how to work the different fixlets withing the TCM site. The description of the fixlets if pretty vauge too.
