If I’m making use of the Files Pre-Cache Wizard to cache Windows Patches to all of our relays and one of the patches I tried to cache has a status of “Failed: Download error: Unexpected HTTP response: 404 Not Found” will the rest of the patches continue to cache correctly to the relays or is the process stuck at this point? The overall action status has a status of “Pending Downloads” still.

Can you share the patch ID which returns the “404 Not Found” error? Are you able to access this URL from a browser?

It’s for KB3118373 which is now a superseded patch (at the time I setup the pre-caching it wasn’t). I am in fact able to access the URL from a browser.
