Windows Firewall Profile Type Inspectors return errors with multiple profiles

Hello!

Just wanted to drop a note as I hadn’t seen anything about this before. It appears if a Windows machine has interfaces with more than one profile type (one NIC on a public network and one on a private/domain network for instance) then the Profile Type inspectors return errors.

Q: current profile type of firewall
E: Singular expression refers to nonexistent object.

It does appear however that profile types of firewall does return the currently used profile types of the firewall and could be used instead.

Q: profile types of firewall
A: Domain
A: Public
T: 23.794 ms
I: plural firewall profile type

Thanks!
Bill

Yes, this is an issue. There is the APAR IV80633 for that, basically the issue arises when there are multiple active Firewall profiles.
