Windows 11 22H2 updates not available

I am noticing that some updates are not available for Windows 11 22H2. For example KB5012170 should be relevant on 22H2 Windows 11 systems according to Microsoft here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/kb5012170-security-update-for-secure-boot-dbx-72ff5eed-25b4-47c7-be28-c42bd211bb15

But the fixlet in BigFix is only relevant on 21H2 systems:

exists keys whose ( value "DisplayVersion" of it = "21H2" AND value "CurrentBuild" of it = "22000") of key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT" of native registry

I’m on BigFix version 10.0.3.66.

The Platform Team completed the qualification tests of the BigFix Relay and Console for Windows 11 22H2.
This operating system is now supported with minimum Relay and Console version 10.0.4.

Does this mean that once I upgrade there will be new fixlets that are applicable to 22H2?
