Why the BESRemove-7.2.5.22.exe cannot recognize the relay version?

Hi,

I have installed version 7.2.1.357 of bes client and relay, when I run the BigFix Client Diagnostics Tool BESRemove-7.2.5.22.exe, it return the version of relay is unknown, why? Please see the screenshot that attached.

I think it is looking for the version key in the registry… If it wasn’t there (such as if it was half-uninstalled), then you might see this…
