Who Took Action from Client Dashboard?

Hi

Can we see who took action for the offer on client dashboard ?

we can see action command results and start/end time on the ection results windows on the console ?

but which user trigger the action ?

is there a way to report this ?

I think you need something in the offer actionscript itself to record the currently logged on user. I’m not sure if there is another alternative, or if the UI records that information already.

actually not currently logged on users. this data is already exist in computer properties on console. there may be more than one user logeed on at the same time. i need the user who triggers the action?

on the other hand, we decided not to use client dashboard.

if a user uses SSP to install a package, we can not see which user sent pacgake via SSP in the actions history on the console? at this time (on SSP), we don’t have any chance to get user name via action script commands because commands are run on client not on SSP.

this case is an audit issue for us. we can’t use SSP or Client Dashboard because of this deficiencies.

correct me if I’m wrong
