What is the latest version of Big Fix?

I have version 2.1.1.3 and want to know if I should update it and how do I do that? Everytime I click on the help ,it says failed to launch help. What is wrong with it ? I was also told to delete it ,but it fails to uninstall and then download it from the sight. It fails to uninstall and came with this computer that is new. Anyone that could help me ?
