What happens to Open Actions when a Console Operator is "Disabled"

When we implemented MFA (SAML) in our Environment recently, it resulted in a change to the way BigFix see’s the User Name. For example, users switched form user@sub.domain.com to user@domain.com.

This resulted in double the original number of original Console Operator accounts. I’m in the midst of getting rid of the older accounts.

It occurred to me that I should check into a few things before I go too far …

  • What happens to Open Actions when the issuing account is Disabled?
  • What happens to Open Actions when the issuing account is Deleted?
  • What happens to Active Analyses when the issuing account is Disabled/Deleted?
