What action other than updating the license in the TEM Admin tool can cause the masthead file to change? I noticed that the file in my deplyment has today’s date. I had been speaking with Licensing earlier about some missing entitlements but didn’t do anything to warrant a change in the masthead file.

There are some settings that are placed in the masthead that can of course make a new masthead.
Anything changed in Edit Masthead, which brings up Advanced Masthead Parameters in the Administration Tool, will generate a new masthead.
Additionally I believe if you go past certain numbers of operators it may generate a new masthead as well.
