I understand a locked client will not run actions from any site except the BES Suport site while locked however will a client still process relevance for Fixlets in other sites so we can deterime if they are relevant to a particualr patch or not even while locked?
Yes, everything will continue to function normally except that actions from sites other than BES Support will not run. Also, you can specify other sites that are allowed to run actions while the client is locked using action lock exemptions:
