I don’t use the WebUI query often. I run it maybe once a week. Every time I run it, I have to restart the filldb service. Is this a known issue? Do other experience this.
I’ve not experienced anything like that, and I use Query daily on large deployments. Definitely something wrong, and you should get a support ticket open to troubleshoot.
We’ve seen some database deadlocks from WebUI stored procedures on some earlier builds of 9.5. Now we are on 9.5.14 and haven’t seen them for several months.
This is definitely not expected, and we do not experience this in our tests.

We are on 9.5.13 which may be the problem. Maybe it is fixed in 9.5.14.
@mbartosh, We saw periodic WebUI database stored procedure induced deadlocks when we were on 9.5.8 and 9.5.12. We skipped 9.5.13 in favor of 9.5.14 so I can’t speak to that version. I can say that we haven’t seen the same issues on 9.5.14.
