WebUI Admin Guide PDF corrupt?

I’m attempting to download and open the 9.5.4 WebUI Admin PDF. It either fails to download or downloads but displays blank pages. Is anyone else experiencing this too?

Is there another site or link that has a working copy?

I realized of that a couple of weeks ago. The file is corrupted.
