How do I use Webreports to give me a list of applications installed on a system? I would like to create a report based on the Application Information Summary viewed in the Bigfix console.

Can you be more specific about the “Application Information Summary” ?
WebReport can only show you information about content generated by fixlets, tasks or analysis.
You can retrieve these information using provided reports or using session relevance.
I think you need to create an analysis and activate it. After that you can review the results in WebReports and create a custom report by clicking on Content -> Type the name of the analysis in the text field -> Click on the entry -> Save Report.
