Web Reports LDAP

Hello,

I have two IEM instances both with LDAP configured for Web Reports.

In one environment we can just enter our AD credentials and login, in the other environment we need to prepend our AD prefix to the username.

In other words, in one environment we can just type

Username

in the other environment we have to type Domain\Username

What is causing this behavior? Is there any way to not have to type the name of the domain when authenticating to web reports?

I’d be interested in the answer as we have to use the domain\username format to log into WebReports and would prefer not to.
