We have machines in intune, but some aren’t reporting to bigfix.
Is there a registry key or some file on the machine that I can check to see the last time they reported into bigfix?
You would have to look at the log i believe to confirm any errors that indicate why it couldn’t check in. Also if the bes service is stopped or disabled for any reason it obviously also wouldn’t check in. I also use Intune for our MDM and what i did recently is setup an proactive remediation script to check for stopped services so that they could be started again if for some reason they stopped. That doesn’t help for cases where a device can’t communicate with the relay though.
