Way to add a hyperlink to a BFI report?

Hi, I have a BFI report and would like to add a hyperlink to report results, just like it does for the “computer count” number? How would I configure for this?

I don’t have any experience with this, but can you add custom text / html to the report output?

I moved this question into the BFI category, hopefully someone will see it that knows more than I do.
