VPN systems not reporting in Bigfix console

Hi All,

we are facing issue as VPN systems are not reporting in bigfix console, even though we have opened 52311 port for VPN network.

Please let me know if any other configuration need to be done in Bigfix so that VPN systems start reporting in console.

The client must also be able to ping a Relay before it will attempt connecting to it, so you should also open ICMP to the relays.

Otherwise, if no Relays can be pinged, the client will fallback to the root server. You can override this with _BESClient_RelaySelect_FailoverRelay or _BESClient_RelaySelect_FailoverRelayList. If a client cannot ping a relay, then only the root server or the relays defined in these client settings will be tried.

Can you try to run diagnostic utility on the system check result.
