Virtualisation of BES

We are looking at Virtualising our BES Server using Xenworks. Our SQL store would remain the same.

Is this possible? Are there any problems with doing this? Anything we would need to watch out for should we proceed?

We are currently using V7.

Virtualized servers can introduce an IO penalty for network/disk usage so you need to be careful… but it is usually OK as long as you have a small to medium size deployment (< 25,000 computers)… More info:
