When you have more than 100 files in a folder on the server FillDBData all thrown actions are not executed. You should review the asset analysis. Check more slowly reporting “All reports”, so you can get the temperature function more lightness.

The FillDB\BufferDir folder is where client check-in report data files are dropped to be picked up by the BES FillDB service and be inserted into the database.
If the files are stacking up here, then the data is not being imported into the database, and will not show in the Console. Clients may in fact be performing their actions, but you can’t see the results of it in the Console.
Be sure that any AntiVirus software installed on the server is configured to “Exclude” the BES Server folder and all sub-folders.

Also, it could be that your SQL server is busy doing other stuff (Database jobs??) and can’t keep up with the incoming db writes from your main TEM server.
