Got locked out trying to upgrade. Attempted to upgrade from 18.104.22.168 to 9.5.17. As instructed, I did the primary server first from console. This initially failed. After a reboot of the primary server, I can no longer access either the console on either the console server OR the primary server.
Error is "The database being connected to has a database version of "enterprise 9.116 and this application requires a database version of "enterprise 9.107"
What am I doing wrong? Instructions say to do the primary server first, then the console, then relays and finally clients. Now I can’t do any of them.
