Version update fails-lost access to both console and primary server

Got locked out trying to upgrade. Attempted to upgrade from 9.5.14.73 to 9.5.17. As instructed, I did the primary server first from console. This initially failed. After a reboot of the primary server, I can no longer access either the console on either the console server OR the primary server.
Error is "The database being connected to has a database version of "enterprise 9.116 and this application requires a database version of "enterprise 9.107"
What am I doing wrong? Instructions say to do the primary server first, then the console, then relays and finally clients. Now I can’t do any of them.

Based on the error, it seems that the Root Server has in fact been upgraded, but the Console applications need to be upgraded at this point as well. If necessary, this can be done manually once (http://software.bigfix.com/download/bes/95/BigFix-BES-Console-9.5.17.94.exe), then you can deploy Console upgrades via Fixlet.
