Missing "pad of" version inspector for OS X

Starting a new topic for this to try to get some more traction. It sure would be nice to have the “pad of” inspector available to use on OS X. Seems like a simple thing to add for getting more platform parity. It’s just simple string parsing and version comparisons, which are largely handled the same across platforms.
