I have about 9 systems running around with v6.0.21.5. They have been failing all attempts to keep them up to date with the latest version. They are even failing 7.1.1.315. The action script detail for the Action Info shows all steps completed - but still action is failed and version never changes. Luckily one of the systems is across the hall from me so if there is anything that I should look at physically, I can. Any ideas why these 9 are so stubborn? Thanks.
Hey Mike, the first thing to try is running the BES Client upgrade manually and seeing if you get any errors to appear that way. If it works when run manually that also tells us something.
Using the removal tool and then installing 7.1 fresh - worked. I wonder. It was running v6 of the agent - but v7 of the logging client. Could that have some effect? Looks like my path will be to do a remote removal - and then to try and remote install again (as they agents are spread out too much). I do have all the logs if interested from that uninstall/reinstall. Thanks!
