Hi,
Upon request for masthead in production install, I get the following error:
"Key values mismatch (class CertificateDoesNotMatchPrivateKey).
In the license file, it states that the issuer of the certificate cannot be verified. Is this a problem to take up with support/the issuer?

I am going to close the loop on this issue. I had previously created the private key file and received a masthead file, but when I tried to re-install the server and components on a new server instance, I was trying to start over and request a new masthead, thus what I was receiving was not matching the original certificate that I’d received. It is very important to keep those original keys received from IBM on initial install try so you can revert back to them. It’s suggested you put them on a secure external device even. I have now resolved the issue and have a successful install on the new instance.
