I’ve been using the ClientDeploy app to just check if Group Policy is missing installing BigFix onto some PCs and have found some PCs using 7.0.7.96 and aren’t being listed as in the database. Is there a quick and easy way to upgrade these remotely? The ClientDeploy app doesn’t seem to provide an upgrade function and I can’t find the PCs in the console.

You can use the ClientDeploy tool to send out the current client version to those old clients. It will automatically upgrade the client from 7.0 to your current version, as well as give it the correct masthead file so it shows in your console. If you don’t see it in your console afterwards, check out the log files on the clients, and confirm that can communicate with your BES server.
